FS: part out or whole, '04 lancer w/mods

so im sure many of you know my lancer as it had a better history then how it sits now, bought it from out east for 12K and drove it for about 3-4 months before hitting a boxspring mattress from a van... then while out getting estimates there was a hit and run on it in the same area (drivers side front) so insurance didnt pay a whole lot... tried to fix it as it was mostly external damage (frame tweaked a bit) so i went from turbo, back to NA, and now i think i made it worse. dad and mechanic says it just needs to be timed, but i dont want the hassle anymore, and its parked in my neighbours garage which im being charged for haha.
