MN Membership Drive... or whatever it's called

As most of you know, new membership has been closed for some time to combat spam. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to talk to Reboot about repairing the captcha problem, but through PMs (with Madpatter) I've decided that we will open up membership for a limited period of time.

I haven't talked to Morph yet about when we will open up the sign-up, but please keep any prospective members aware of when the site will open up and we can get some fresh blood into the MN system to start up meets and get things going again.
