Double Din Kit

Does anybody know if it is at all still possible to get a kit like the orbital prestige double din? I prefer something with minimal to no reconstruction.

And I guess since I drive an 06 Ralliart I will have to compensate for the odd positioning of the hazard switch. I've heard i can buy a clock/vent/hazard panel from the 04 Ralliart. Can anybody confirm this or help in any way?
